This smoothie bowl makes the perfect meal especially when you are time poor. Protein Greens + Berries are designed as an ideal product to complement diets deficient in vegetables and berries, and perfect for the time-poor. One serving provides 20g protein, 8 different superfoods and 11 fruits and berries

Ingredients:
- 1.5 Cups coconut water
- 2 Handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 Cup berries of your choice frozen
- 1 Large ripe banana frozen
- 2 Scoops of Nuzest Protein Greens + Berries
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

To your high speed blender add the liquid followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into your bowl. Drizzle with creamy tahini, sprinkle some nuts or seeds, optional adding some delicious berries or sliced fig.
