1–2 tbsp melted coconut butter or 20g dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher)
1 tsp dried berries
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method:
Combine the quark (or ricotta), strawberries, melted coconut butter (or almond butter) and
Glowing All Over powder.
Blend on high for about 1 minute, using your tamper to help ingredients combine and scraping down the sides as needed. The mixture should be thick and mousse-like (thicker
than a smoothie).
Transfer to a glass jar or serving dish. Drizzle with melted coconut butter (or dark chocolate) and sprinkle with dried berries and desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
Notes:
Blend for no longer than 1½ minutes — over-blending can loosen the texture.
For a vegan option, swap the quark or ricotta for silken tofu. You may wish to add a little maple syrup and a splash of nut milk to adjust sweetness and texture.
