Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients

40g oats

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp Real Coffee Clean Lean Protein

1 tsp instant coffee

1 tbsp maple syrup

120ml milk of choice

2 Biscoff biscuits

1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 50ml boiling water

50g plain yoghurt

Dusting of raw cacao

Packed full of protein, this breakfast pot tastes just like tiramisu! Make the night before so you have a tasty breakfast to look forward to the following morning.

 

 

Method

 

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, instant coffee, maple syrup and milk of choice together in a bowl and chill overnight.
  1. The following morning pop half the oat mixture into a glass or jar. 
  1. Briefly submerge your Biscoff biscuits into the 50ml of coffee mixture and layer on top of the oats before adding the rest the rest of the mixture.
  1. Top with plain yoghurt and a dusting of raw cacao powder.
Time: 5 minutes + overnight chilling
