Vanilla Caramel Fudge


16 Medjool dates, pitted

1 serving Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp sea salt

Simple yet yummy vanilla caramel fudge. So delicious, fussy eaters won't know it's packed with nutrients! 




  1. Line a square baking tine with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend all of the ingredients (except the salt) until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
  4. Sprinkle with the salt(if using) and cut into small squares to serve.
  5. Store in the freezer in between sheets of baking paper for up to one month.
