White Chocolate & Raspberry Rice Crispy Bites

Recipe created by Laura Davies   This no bake recipe is a great one for getting the kids involved. A little healthier than a traditional rice crispy treat, but still as tasty and fun to make.   Method   Add the melted white chocolate, cashew butter, maple syrup and salt to a saucepan and combine on a low heat. Add in the Kids Good Stuff, rice crispies and freeze-dried raspberries, coat in the chocolate mixture. Transfer to silicon muffin moulds, dividing between 9 holes, pressing down with the back of a spoon to compact the mixture as you go. Pop in the fridge and leave to chill for 1 hour.

Ingredients:

200g dairy free white chocolate, melted

4 tbsp runny cashew butter

3 tbsp maple syrup

15g Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff

80g rice crispies

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp freeze dried raspberries

Method:
